Committee work started off with… post-its. This very typical EYP-attribute will be used many times today! The first time everyone wrote down ideas for the inspiration wall on how to work together. It just was a bit sad that they didn’t really stick to the wall and fell on the ground like snowflakes, but of course the ideas still count!
After writing some golden rules and writing down the committee topic, the most important terms were to explain by someone to the rest of the group as if they were five years old – ‘hi kids!’
The rules worked very well and the discussions before noon went calm and smooth, while everyone participated quite actively, trying to agree on definitions and problems. On the other hand the coffee break was a welcome pause and playing the game called fruit salad was very much enjoyed.
